CONDITION: 7/10

Skirt has few marks on the underside of skirt, not noticeable due to fabric pattern, but could be worn as is or dry cleaned to lift water marks out. There are also a few little signs that the skirt has touched the floor as it is long and designed to graze the floor depending on your height. These are not obvious, unless searching for them. This dress skirt could be worn as is.

Top has a very small area concealed under the “flap/drape” at the front of jacket where the stitching has unraveled, I only noticed this when scrutinising for faults. This is not urgent, however it is something that will eventually need to be “nipped in” so it does not open further.

it is designed to be left open, however I have styled it here with a belt.
